In Poland, the FASTER final conference had been attended by project partners with the objective to present the regional training programmes and analyze the results obtained during the two years life of FASTER

After the welcome speech by Wojciech Olejniczak, Rector of the West Pomeranian Business School, Jacek Wójcik (WPBS) presented the results of the pilot trainings with special attention to the following topics:

He summarized that the training was met with great interest and that feedback from participants was very positive considering the high rating given on questionnaires to the new and useful knowledge, the way it was presented and the well prepared trainers and documents/supporting materials.

The following session of the conference was dedicated to the presentations from the regional partners with the objective to deeply analyze the results from the pilot testing performed in the regions:

The presentations were followed by a lively discussion on how the pilot trainings fulfilled the regional expectations and needs and, considering the results, it was remarked that the FASTER training toolkit is a useful and competitive tool.
