Partners

The FASTER project is based on transferring knowledge from the well-developed innovation and entrepreneurship support institutions in Italy to the business support institutions in the countries which joined the EU in 2004. Therefore all the partners organizations are key players at regional/national level for entrepreneurship promotion and start up creation, having strong linkages with policymakers and innovation intermediaries.

The West Pomeranian Business School – University of Applied Sciences in Szczecin is the first private school of higher education in the region of West Pomerania, established in 1993. WPBS holds on to principles of democracy, European identity and humane values, and has a clear mission of training not only students but also EU citizens in general.

The University of West Bohemia (UWB) was established in 1991 when the Institute of Technology in Pilsen and the College of Education were merged. Since 1996, UWB has operated the Science and Technology Park in mutual cooperation with the Business Innovation Centre (BIC) Plzen, and is an associate to the project of the Plzen Science and Technology Park.
